How do I use this product?

All Essential Oil Blends are formulated to provide you with a relevant ambiance for your emotional wellbeing.   Should you need a lift to get through the day, add a few drops of your chosen oil blend to your Ultra Sonic Diffuser.  Take the time to breathe in these oil blends, and feel your mind and body working together for your self-care.

Warning:  Do not apply directly to skin unless diluted with a carrier oil.
